BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients:
– Greek Yogurt or Almond milk – ¾ cup
– Strawberries, sliced banana, berries, or cherries – ½ cup
– Active Sunflower Seeds – 1 tbsp
– Amaranth Muesli – 3- 4 tbsp
Method:
1. Mix Greek yogurt or almond milk with chia seeds or sunflower seeds.
2. Chill overnight or for 5-6 hours.
3. Add 3-4 spoons of our nutritious Amaranth Muesli.
4. Top up with fruits: strawberries, sliced banana, berries, or cherries.
5. Add your toppings: nuts, seeds, a scoop of your favourite nut butter, or even some more yogurt and enjoy.
