CRUNCHY ONION POHA DIP SNACK

Ingredients: 

– Hung curd – 1 cup 

– Parsley (chopped) – ½ cup 

– Olive Oil – 1 tbsp. 

– Ginger (crushed) – 1 tsp. 

– Salt & pepper – to taste 

– Cucumber – 1 piece 

 Onion Poha – 1 cup 

Method: 

Slice cucumber into thin, long pieces. Keep onion poha aside in a dipping bowl. Mix curd, parsley, olive oil, ginger, salt & pepper to create the yogurt dip. 

Serve: cucumber sticks, yogurt dip, onion poha

Eating instruction: take cucumber, dip into yogurt dip, then roll in Onion Poha.
